What is going on???

This app use to semi work now is just discrepancy after discrepancy. It does not save changes on times with intervals screwing up all my schedule times. I want someone from the app to contact me so we can address this issue. I paid for the app and I use it for my grandma and my 2 yr old who is currently awfully sick. My grandma has tons of pills to take also
